After registering for a training course, you will receive a registration confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will contain a button that you must press to confirm the registration. For users with an account, registration is confirmed automatically.
After you have confirmed the registration, your participants will receive a notification about the registration for the training with the required information.
Before registering a participant for the training, please make sure that the participant's e-mail address is correct. Please note that you must provide a participant's personal e-mail that they can access themselves. Using a company's general e-mail address, e.g. office@company.com for participants is not allowed. You must provide a separate e-mail address for each participant.
If the participant you have registered is unable to attend the training, you must notify us no later than one day (18 hours exactly) before the start of the training. Otherwise, you will have to pay the full cost of the training. This is due to the fact that training courses have limited capacity and we accept participants on the first-come, first-served basis.
Registration can be cancelled by e-mail. The confirmation e-mail will contain a red button “Cancel registration”. By clicking it your registration will be cancelled. Registration can be cancelled up to 18 hours until the start of the training. Users who have their company account at dobra.fi service can cancel the of their participant (employee) by logging in to the system and deleting their participant.
The reason behind the time restriction for the cancellation is the limited number of places for particular courses (20/30) where we accept participants on "First come, first served" basis. Our training courses are often full, which means that registering a person who has not participated and whose participation had not been postponed or canceled, withholds somebody else's possibility to be trained.
Please, note that we do not cancel training courses due to a small number of participants.
Most of our training courses take place online through the ZOOM platform. One day before the training by 20:00, participants will be sent a link to ZOOM a virtual room where training will take place.
Participation in the practical part is MANDATORY. If the participant does not participate in the practical part, the training will be considered failed and no certificate will be issued. Lack of participation in the practical part does not, however, remove the obligation of full payment for the training..
Participants who successfully completed the training will receive their temporary certificate in a pdf-file via e-mail. The Client (User with a company account) will also receive a copy of the certificate. The plastic cards (certificates) will be sent by post as soon as we receive them from the Supplier.
Unless otherwise agreed, the card(s) will be sent to the address provided during registration.
We do not accept responsibility for undelivered cards in cases where the delivery address was entered incorrectly. In cases when a card was lost due to an error by a postal service provider, the Client will receive a new card as soon as possible.
